Chenrezig

This practice helps us develop compassion and kindheartedness while reciting perhaps the most well-known Buddhist mantra—the six-syllable mantra of Chenrezig, the Bodhisattva of Compassion: Om Mani Peme Hung.
Dorje Sempa Gomde

Meditation on Vajrasattva according to the Four Tantra classes. Composed by Jamgön Kongtrul the Great, this practice was transmitted by Sherab Gyaltsen Rinpoche during the Gyachen Kazo transmission in Sharminub, Kathmandu, in 2023. Although such an advanced practice normally requires receiving empowerment and direct transmission to participate, Sherab Gyaltsen Rinpoche granted permission for his students who received this practice from him to lead common group meditations.
Amitabha

Meditation on the red Buddha of Infinite Light as preparation for Phowa practice.
Tse Thar
Tse Thar, or Life Release, is a Buddhist practice of saving lives. By purchasing animals destined for slaughter and releasing them into their natural environments, this practice puts compassion into action. It benefits the released animals, the practitioners who enable the release, those for whom the dedication is made, and anyone who rejoices in the activity. We aim to perform this practice on every new moon and full moon.
